Membership Services
  • All rented lockers must be registered.

  • Short lockers: 6 month $50, 9 month $60, 12 month $65. Long lockers: 12 month $80.

  • Single day use lockers are available for you while you workout, free-of-charge.

  • One free weight room/cardio room orientation for all new members.

  • Equipment: Basketballs, racquets and racquetballs, volleyball etc. can be checked out with no charge.

  • Racquetball Court: There is no additional fee for the racquetball court. Members may reserve an hour of court time per day up to one week in advance.

Sport yoga is a combination of Hatha Yoga and Pilates mat exercise. This class is a relaxing way to improve your strength, balance, flexibility and a way to relieve stress.

Aqua Fitness

M/W, 12:45-1:45 PM

Let the water cushion your workout! This class with get your heart rate up at the same time giving a gentle massage to your joints. This low impact, high-energy class is taught in our heated pool. Swimming skills are not necessary.

 

Aqua Sculpt

T/TH, 10-10:45 AM

Love the effects water has on your body? Then you’ll love this class filled with moves that will get your heartbeat up while you tone and sculpt your shoulders, arms, core and legs. These low impact full body exercises will strengthen your body without the impact on your joints.

 

Kettlebell HIIT

W 4-5 PM

This class combines strength training, flexibility, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance. Incorporating the principles of high-intensity full body training, our kettlebell class will get your heart rate up and your body sweating! All skill levels are welcome and exercises can be modified to fit each individual’s limitations.

 

Pickleball

M/W/F, 8-10 AM
M, 5:30-7:30 PM
W, 6:30-8:30 PM

A paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.

These programs are designed to improve your flexibility, increase your range of motion, control your weight and allow you to enjoy a social setting.

 

Spin Class

T/TH 5:15-6 AM   

Spinning provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Experience a full ride of hills, sprints and endurance intervals with energizing music and motivational instruction. 

 

Step Mix

T, 5:30-6:15 PM

Join in this cardio pumping step class. A combination of step intervals, some kickboxing moves and abdominal work ending with some easy stretching. A perfect way to get in a great workout after work.

 

Weightlifting

T/TH, Noon-1 PM

Join our inclusive weightlifting class designed for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner looking to learn the basics or an experienced lifter aiming to refine your technique, this class offers a supportive and motivating environment to help you achieve your fitness goals.

 

 

Personal Training Sessions

  • Payments made before each session starts.

  • Cancellations 48 hours in advance, or no refund.

  • Refresher session after intial consultation will be an extra $10 for a

    maximum of 15 minutes.



 
  • Available for beginner, intermediate, and advanced training status.

  • Programs will be designed based off of an individual’s current abilities and goals that they would like to be achieved.

  • Training sessions will be scheduled around what works best for you.

  • By signing up for a time, you will be held more accountable in exercising more regularly and will be able to receive the motivation that you need to keep going!

  • Learn tips and proper/safe techniques for all exercise.

 

Personal Training (1 hour sessions)

Personal Training - 12+ Sessions          

$30 / Hour

Group Training - 2 members         

$17 per person
