Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that involves inserting very thin needles into specific points on the body. It stimulates nerves, releases hormones and helps balance the body. Acupuncture is used for a wide variety of conditions and symptoms, and can be very effective for common concerns like headaches, pain, GI issues, etc...

Community Acupuncture

Community acupuncture offers affordable, group-based treatments in a calm and shared space. You’ll relax in a room with other individuals while a licensed acupuncturist places gentle, thin needles to support your health—whether you’re dealing with pain, stress, sleep issues, or more. Even though treatments happen in a group setting, your privacy is always respected, and care is personalized. The sliding scale pricing helps make regular visits more accessible for everyone.

Cupping is a time-honored Chinese healing practice that uses specially designed cups to create gentle suction on the skin.

This technique helps stimulate circulation, release muscle tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

Benefits of cupping therapy:
  • Relieves muscle tightness and discomfort

  • Enhances range of motion and flexibility

  • Boosts blood flow and lymphatic drainage

  • Encourages deep relaxation and stress relief

  • Breaks up adhesions and scar tissue

  • Aids in detoxification and overall wellness

Session Details:

$31 (30 minutes)

What to Expect During a Session:

Cupping therapy is generally a soothing and relaxing experience. As the cups are placed on the skin, you may feel a gentle pulling or suction sensation—similar to a deep tissue massage, but without pressure. This sensation helps release tension and improve circulation. Some people describe it as a warm, calming stretch across the skin. After the session, you might notice circular marks where the cups were placed; these are not painful and typically fade within a few days.

Craniosacral Therapy works with the subtle rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds the brain and spinal cord. Using light, precise touch, it helps unwind stored tension, soothe the nervous system, and support natural alignment. Many clients find it especially calming for stress, headaches, and nervous system overwhelm.
